The challenge
eFavormart and Tablecloths Factory are online retailers of event and party supplies: linens, tablecloths, centerpieces, dinnerware, and décor. They sell at wholesale prices to event planners, venues, caterers, and people hosting their own parties.
Video was already beating static ads for them. The problem was making enough of it.
Video production took a lot of time and money, so most of what they ran was static, even though video performed better.
The in-house creative team was overwhelmed producing video ads.
Low creative throughput meant they couldn't test many new ideas, hooks, or angles, and they didn't have the volume to scale channels like AppLovin and Meta.
How they used Creatify
Creatify became the brands' main production engine for paid video. Between July 1 and September 22, 2026, Creatify produced hundreds of creatives for the two stores, and the ones tracked on Meta ran in prospecting campaigns aimed at new customers.
The mix covered a lot of ground:
Single-product videos
Catalog ads with video covers
Seasonal and occasion themes, like weddings, Sweet 16 parties, and fall color palettes
Angles for professional buyers, such as event planners and caterers
Of the Meta budget spent on new ads launched in Q3, 44% went to ads Creatify produced.
The results
To keep the comparison fair, the analysis compared Creatify's ads with the other ads the brands ran in the same ad sets over the same period, so both groups worked from the same budgets.
First-time buyers for 27% less
Creatify ads acquired new customers for 27% less than their other ads, and the result held in both stores.
Put another way, Creatify ads brought in 37% more new customers per dollar than the brands' other ads this quarter.
More people stopped and clicked
The click-through rate on Creatify ads was 37% higher (3.39% vs 2.48%), and outbound click-through rate was 50% higher in the same-ad-set comparison. Each click cost 24% less.
Creatify ads also became top performers more often. Among ads that scaled past the testing budget, 22% of Creatify ads reached their store's top quartile on return on ad spend, compared with 16% of other ads.
Not every ad set was a win. In one event planner ad set, for example, Creatify and the other ads performed about the same. The consistency across both stores and many ad sets is what stands out.
