AI video ads VS. traditional video ads
Welcome to our latest exploration at Creatify, where we delve into the effectiveness of different ad creation methods. In this study, we compare traditional ad formats – User-Generated Content (UGC) and designer-made ads – with our AI-generated video ads. Our aim is to provide an insightful look into how AI video ads stack up against more conventional approaches.

Methodology
Our study focused on three types of ads:
The best-performing UGC ad, produced by an influencer.
Best-performing professionally designed ad, crafted using brand assets.
Five new ads generated using Creatify's AI capabilities.
We tested these ads on platforms like TikTok and Meta, analyzing their performance in terms of CPR (Cost Per Result) and CPC (Cost Per Click).
Findings
The results were eye-opening. The AI-generated ad outperformed the comps, showing a 28% lower CPR and a 31% lower CPC than the best-performing UGC ad. This highlights the potential of ads made by AI in the current digital marketing landscape.
Analysis
The data from our study suggests a significant shift in the effectiveness of ad creation methods. While UGC and designer-made ads have their merits, AI video ads offer a more cost-effective and efficient alternative. This is particularly relevant in a marketing world that's increasingly driven by data and automation.
Conclusions
This study reaffirms the growing presence of AI in digital advertising. As AI technology continues to evolve, it's likely that we'll see an increasing reliance on AIGC tools for ad creation. While traditional methods still play a role, the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of AI video ads make them an indispensable part of any modern marketing strategy.
