The Challenge
Zumper wanted to evolve beyond traditional listing platforms. With the shifting tides of digital marketing—from a Google-dominated world to a social-first landscape—landlords were increasingly asking for social media content to promote their listings on TikTok, Instagram, and more.
However, Zumper faced two key challenges:
They didn’t have a dedicated content creation team to produce videos at scale.
