I asked AI to make me a burger commercial and it turned out like this:

Alright, so let me show you how you can do this too. There's two ways you can do this: the freeway and the fast way. I'll show you both.

Step 1: Creating the Script with ChatGPT

As you know, for any video you need these basic things: a script, the visuals, a voiceover, and some music. I'm going to use ChatGPT for the script. However, there are better alternatives like Creatify's AI script writer that create video scripts particularly for commercial ads,

Step 2: Generating Visuals

Option 1: Using MidJourney

Now let's ask ChatGPT to give us some image ideas for our video. Write a prompt like this, and it will give you detailed video shot descriptions. Just copy and paste these image descriptions into any text-to-image generator. For example, I'm using MidJourney. Just type in the image description, and voila! You get images like these. Download the image you like and repeat the process for all other shots.

Option 2: Using Leonardo AI

If you don't have MidJourney, you can do the same in Leonardo AI. You will get the desired images.

Step 3: Bringing Images to Life

Option 1: Using Runway

Now let's add some life to these images. For that, I'm going to use Runway. They give 125 credits in the free trial. Select image to video, click on upload a file, select any of the images that we created, and click on generate. Give it a few seconds, and it will generate a video like this.

Option 2: Using Pica Labs

You can use Pica Labs if you don't want to use Runway, and it will create similar results. Upload your image and give it a prompt, and your video will be ready. Repeat the same steps for all the images and download the videos.

Optionn 3: Using Creatify video editor

You can upload your own content such as images or videos to creatify video editor, or just enter the product URL and it automatically grabs these for you. Once the images are done uploading, it only takes a few minutes before a fully AI generated video based on your content is available.

Step 4: Creating the Voiceover

Using Creatify's AI Voice Actor

Now for the voiceover, I'm using creatify's AI voice actor. Select the narrator's voice. For example, I liked Davis's voice. Creatify's voice actor helps you create audio and video content. Let's apply this voice to all the voiceovers. Change the rate or pitch of the voice, and you can also add some pauses if you want.

Step 5: Adding Background Music

Using Music Gen

For the background music, I'm using a free music generator called Music Gen. Just describe your music as something like upbeat energetic music and click on generate. Let's see how it turned out. Click on download, and we have our background music.

Step 6: Combining Everything in a Video Editor

Using Creatify Video Editor

Now let's bring it all together in a video editor. I'm using Creatify's video editor as it is simple and has the sound effects I'm looking for. Let's import all our assets, arrange the videos on the timeline according to the script, and in the audio section go to sound effects. You will see the food section here. Select the sound effect for your scene, like chopping, sizzling meat, etc. Add these sounds to the timeline, add some transitions, the background music, and the voiceover that we created with AI voice actor.

Okay, now if you're thinking, "Wow, that looks cursed and takes so much time to make," don't worry! I have a solution for you.

The Fast Way: Using Creatify

For this, we are going to use another tool called Creatify. Creatify is a web-based video editing software that works on any device with a browser. You don’t need to download or install anything. Just sign up and start creating. They have amazing new AI features like AI video script.

Generating the Script with AI

Click on generate script, and the video editor will open. Here, just type a short description like a burger commercial, select the duration, and click on generate. Sign up with your Gmail, Facebook, or email ID. Oh, seems like they’re giving a 30% discount! Let's see how much that would be.

It's like three dollars per month if it's billed annually. That’s pretty cheap if you ask me, considering the fact that they are giving millions of stock footage, music, sound effects, and the AI tools. I actually got the plus plan.

Creating the Video

Now let's click on generate again and watch the magic happen. It wrote the entire script in a second. Now just click on AI to video, choose AI creation or AI excerpt, select the subtitle style, and generate. Give it a few seconds, and there's our video.

If for some reason it fails to load a video, click on the reload button, and it will give you more clips that you can replace. Now delete the clips you don’t want or add your own clips. Go to the overlay section and add your brand logo. It’s fully customizable. Add some transitions, change the speed of the video manually, or go to curve speed, and there you will have some pro-level speed transitions.

I love it! Now add your own voiceover or just select subtitle to speech, choose a voice, and preview. Roger’s voice looks perfect for this one. Click on add to timeline, readjust the voice on the timeline as per your need. You can also add some text or stickers if you want. I'll delete the clips that I don’t need, and in this case, I also don’t need the subtitles. I want to add a sound effect like a boom when our logo pops up. I’ll go to the audio section and select the sound effect.

For the background music, I'll select some cinematic chill-out music and now add to timeline. Let’s do some final touches, and in just a few clicks, our video is ready!
