How to Check Your Facebook Video History
In this article, I'm going to show you how to check your Facebook video history. It's pretty quick and easy, so let's jump right in.
Accessing Facebook Video History
Now, I'm on my iPhone, but you can follow the same process on Android or even on the Facebook website. Here's what to do:
Open the Facebook app.
Tap on the menu button at the bottom right of your screen.
Scroll down and select Settings & Privacy.
Tap on Settings.
Navigating to the Activity Log
Once in Settings:
Scroll down until you find Your Activity and tap on Activity Log.
In the Activity Log, you'll see everything you've done on Facebook.
Filtering for Watched Videos
To narrow it down to videos:
Tap on Filters at the top left.
Select Categories.
Choose Your Activity Across Facebook at the top.
Tap on Posts, and then scroll to find Videos You've Watched.
Viewing and Deleting Videos
You can tap on any video to watch it again.
To delete it, tap on the three dots and select Delete.

Steps to Delete Video Watch History
Open the Facebook app and log in.
Tap on the menu button at the lower portion of your screen to access shortcuts.
Scroll down to the bottom and select Settings & Privacy.
Tap into Settings.
Using the Search Tool in Settings
Use the search magnifying glass at the top.
Type in Activity Log and tap on it when it appears.
Finding Videos Watched
In the Activity Log, look for the blue tags at the top.
Swipe left or right to find Videos Watched (not Video Searched).
Tap on Videos Watched to see a list of recently watched videos.
Clearing Video Watch History
At the top, tap Clear Video Watch History.
Confirm by tapping Clear when prompted.
Depending on how long your watch history is, it might take some time to clear.
Even if you navigate away, the clearing process will continue in the background. If you check back, you'll notice your history progressively being deleted.
