Step 1: Like a Reel
First, go ahead and like a reel. I’ll like this reel here and also this one here just to show you how to find them later.
Step 2: Go to Your Instagram Profile
Tap on your profile button in the bottom right corner to go to your profile.
Step 3: Access the Menu
In the top right of your profile, tap on the three bars.
This opens a menu with various options.
Step 4: Go to Your Activity
From the menu, tap on Your Activity, which has a clock icon.
Step 5: View Interactions
Once on the Your Activity page, you can see a lot of information about your Instagram activities.
Tap on Interactions to review and delete likes, comments, and other interactions.
Step 6: Tap on Likes
Next, tap on Likes, the second option in the list.
Here, you’ll see all the reels you’ve liked, including the ones from earlier.
Step 7: Watch Your Liked Reels
You can now watch the reels you’ve liked again by tapping on them.
Important Note
Keep in mind that you will also see other posts you’ve liked, not just reels. This section will include all posts you've liked on Instagram, not limited to reels.
Optional Step: Unliking Posts
If you want, you can select all the posts and unlike them by tapping the option to unlike them.
